Orders placed on eu.stussy.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands.

Cancellations, address updates, and order changes are not guaranteed. During busy periods or for orders placed on weekends, these requests may not be possible.
