• You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on eu.stussy.com.
• Orders must be returned by mail only 
• Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
• Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrance cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
• Shipping charges and customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
• Stüssy is not responsible for fees associated with return to sender packages.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Stüssy products not purchased from eu.stussy.com.

• The return label fee will be deducted from your return.

GE RETURNS PORTAL:

• Orders from Norway, Switzerland, Jersey, and Guernsey, visit our Returns Portal HERE.
• Return Label Fee - £10
• The return label fee will be deducted from your return.
  
• Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Failure to do so will cause your package to be returned to sender.
