Return Guidelines

RETURN POLICY

  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on eu.stussy.com.
  • Orders must be returned by using our Returns Portal. Ensure you have a copy of your returns receipt from your drop off location as proof of postage. 
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrance cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
  • Shipping charges and customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Stüssy is not responsible for fees associated with return to sender packages.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Stüssy products not purchased from eu.stussy.com.
  • We do not accept combined returns, if you need support please reach out to support@stussy.eu for more information.

Frequent returns or unusual pattern/ activity will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our terms of use.
