Return Guidelines

RETURN POLICY

  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased on eu.stussy.com.
  • Orders must be returned through our Returns Portal. Ensure you keep a copy of your return receipt from your drop-off location as proof of postage.
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags still attached.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and fragrances are NON-returnable due to our hygiene policy.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process a refund to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges, as well as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.
  • Stüssy is not responsible for any fees associated with return-to-sender packages.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Stüssy products not purchased from eu.stussy.com.
  • Combined returns are not accepted; for assistance, please contact us at support@stussy.eu.

Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activity will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our Terms of Use.

  • Return labels are subject to a flat-rate fee, which may vary by country.
  • The return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY & GUIDELINES
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase. To do so, submit your request through our withdrawal portal within that window and we will send you return instructions.

Once we've received your returned item(s) — or proof that they've been sent back — Stüssy will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method and will include any standard shipping fees paid at checkout. Note that Express shipping charges are non-refundable. No additional fees will be charged if an alternative refund method is agreed upon.

EXCHANGES
eu.stussy.com does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the product for a full refund and place a new order.
