If you're located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you are entitled to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without providing a reason.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, you may submit your request through our withdrawal portal within that 14-day window. Once received, we'll send you return instructions. Please note that certain products may be excluded where permitted by law.

You have 14 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased on eu.stussy.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns must be processed through our returns portal. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags still attached. Underwear, swimwear, and fragrances are non-returnable due to our hygiene policy.

Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return the item, please contact the purchaser so they can process the return and purchase a replacement.

We have thoroughly reviewed our photography, descriptions, and details to ensure accuracy. Note that slight variations in measurements, color and texture may occur.

Once your order is processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

eu.stussy.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, and Paypal.

Payments made via PayPal must be in EUR, so your currency will be converted at checkout. PayPal orders must be made from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.

Other payment methods, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, may also be available depending on your region.

International orders will appear as Global-E on bank statements.

We do not offer gift receipts or gift cards.

Stickers are provided in online orders but are not guaranteed as they are provided based on availability.
