You have 14 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased on eu.stussy.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and returns must be processed through our returns portal. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original tags still attached. Underwear, swimwear, and fragrances are non-returnable due to our hygiene policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for Stüssy products not purchased from eu.stussy.com. For purchases from third-party retailers or Stüssy Chapter Stores, please contact the retailer for information on their return policy.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. During peak periods and on orders placed over the weekend, cancellations may not be possible.

Every order is subject to review. Your order will be confirmed once you receive a shipping confirmation email.

Each product page includes a Size Guide and details about the size worn by the model. Measurements are provided in inches, unless otherwise specified. Our Customer Support team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.

We have thoroughly reviewed our photography, descriptions, and details to ensure accuracy. Note that slight variations in measurements, color and texture may occur.

eu.stussy.com displays real-time inventory. If an item is not available on our website, it is no longer in stock. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on new releases, special offers, and product news.

Once your order is processed, the shipping method cannot be changed.

eu.stussy.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, and Paypal.

Payments made via PayPal must be in EUR, so your currency will be converted at checkout. PayPal orders must be made from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.

Other payment methods, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, may also be available depending on your region.

International orders will appear as Global-E on bank statements.

To return a product and purchase a different item, you must contact the original purchaser. We do not offer exchanges.
