EU.STUSSY.COM  RETURN POLICY

• You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items and item(s) must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached
• Orders must be returned by mail only 
• Shipping Charges, Duties and Taxes are non-refundable
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for Stussy products not purchased from EU.STUSSY.COM
• Stussy is not responsible for fees associated with return to sender packages.
• Orders purchased from our website cannot be returned at our Chapter Store Locations. 

EUROPEAN RETURNS:

• Visit our Returns Portal HERE.
• Return Label Fee €7.00 (Will be deducted from your return)

GE RETURNS PORTAL:

• Orders from Norway, Switzerland, Jersey, Guernsey visit our returns portal HERE.
• Return Label Fee £10 label (Will be deducted from your return)
• Bypassing our return portal, customers are responsible for customs, duties and taxes. Failure to do so will cause your package to be returned to sender.

DISCLAIMER

• Frequent returns or unusual pattern/activity will be flagged in our system.
• If we notice that our return policy is being abused or we identify unusual pattern/activity we may cancel or refuse current, future order(s) and returns.
